– New York Times

WHAT TO EXPECT
Organic Vinyasa Yoga is a medicinal yoga system, as a holistic practice of embodied movement exploring universal principles.
Expect the unknown as we go deeper into our practice living in a state of surrender. This retreat is about meeting the universe in creation, vibrating in our highest frequency. We will dive into a true understanding of bandhas, inner mudras that unlock and disperse energy medicines within. Through this our practice becomes one of physics not force and finding peace in movement begins to embody. As we explore the inner realms we will experience our light bodies through meditation and begin to see the atmosphere we create, our auric field.
Sharon is a lululemon ambassador who travels the world as Creative Director of Organic Vinyasa Yoga. Her youthful wisdom expresses a life of a spiritual being living a whole life in authenticity. Her teachings bring simplicity to the complexities, giving you tools to teach yourself as she is a guide on your journey. Sharon effortlessly meets people exactly where they are and opens space inviting each practitioner to elevate to their inner personal threshold, living in transformation.
Organic Vinyasa taught what it means to “show up” and “embody” I learned these from feeling what I have never felt in a pose before. I used to think I was in the asana until I went in deep studies with Sharon. She provides me with the tools I need to foundational connect with myself and self discovery, guiding me in the right direction so I can find my voice. I can pull Organic Vinyasa tools and use them in my other practices and teaching because I experience these profound moments of clarity, understanding, depth, and flow so strongly through Sharon’s teachings.
-Brooke Grossfield, Yoga Teacher
Sharon’s authenticity as a grounded women & as a soulful therapeutic yoga shaman cuts to the heart of what the asana practice is really all about…I love how she meets people exactly where they are in class & really creates a safe, non-judgemental space to invite each person to elevate to their own personal threshold that feels challenging, fun & rewarding.”
– Eileen Moran, New York
